During Your Interaction on the Website (Chat Widget):
The content of your conversations with 'Monty'. To provide you with an experience with memory, this conversation is temporarily saved in your browser's local storage (`localStorage`).
For the Web to WhatsApp Transition:
Your phone number, only when you provide it to us to move the conversation from the website to WhatsApp. This number is associated with a session ID to maintain history and offer a seamless transition.
During the Use of Interactive Planners on WhatsApp:
The answers you provide to questions about your project requirements (e.g., type of site, agent's intelligence level, etc.).
General Contact Information:
Your name and email address, if you decide to provide them at any point during the conversation.
3. How We Use Your Personal Data (Purposes)
Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:
Primary Purposes (Essential for the Service):
To offer you a conversational experience with memory: We save the chat history in your browser (`localStorage`) so that 'Monty' can remember the context if you close and reopen the window.
To facilitate a seamless multi-channel transition: We use your WhatsApp number to connect your web chat session with your WhatsApp session, maintaining the continuity of the conversation.
To generate personalized quotes: We process your answers in the interactive planners to provide you with an accurate cost estimate tailored to your needs.
Secondary Purposes (For Internal Improvement):
To improve our service offerings: I internally and anonymously analyze the answers from the planners to understand market needs, adjust my prices, and develop new products. Your personal data is never used for this purpose, only the aggregated responses.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
My commitment is firm: I work alone and do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone who is not strictly necessary for the technical operation of the service. These technology partners are contractually obligated to protect your data:
Infrastructure and Deployment Providers:
Platforms like Vercel or Render where our website and the agent's logic are hosted.
Backend and Database Platforms:
Supabase, which securely stores conversation data to ensure the agent's functionality.
AI Model and Orchestration Providers:
Services like OpenAI or Anthropic that process the conversation text to generate responses. Platforms like LangChain/LangGraph are used to structure the agent's logic.
Monitoring and Observability Tools:
LangSmith, which helps me debug and improve the agent's performance. It is not used to analyze the personal content of your conversations.
Communication Channels:
Meta Platforms, Inc. (via the WhatsApp Cloud API) for interactions that occur on that platform.
5. Your Privacy Rights (ARCO Rights)
In accordance with Mexico's LFPDPPP, you have the right to exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) over your data. You can request to know what data I have about you, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, or stop me from using it for certain purposes.
How to Exercise Them:
To exercise any of your ARCO Rights, please send a request to our email hello@mmonter-studio.com, attaching a copy of your official ID to validate your identity. I will respond within the timeframes established by law.
6. Data Security and Retention
I implement security measures to protect your information. Conversations are stored only for the time necessary to follow up with you and will be automatically deleted after a reasonable period of inactivity to protect your privacy.
